Kebab

I eat entirely too much kebab. My first two weeks here, I had it six times. Now, I can't even look at a kebab stand without feeling nauseatingly full of meat.

It seemed like such a good idea. 3 or 3.50 euro for an enormous piadino with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, yogurt, cucumbers, hot sauce, and cabbage? It seemed pretty healthy, too.

They carve the meat right in front of you. It's so crispy and delicious, and I hate to remind myself that it's crispy because the fat and sugar on the outside has been caramelizing in the heat lamp all day.

But that's it, I'm over kebab. The bargain is not worth it.
