Eh, tiramisu. People eat it. People love it. It just doesn’t do that much for me.
That’s not to say it’s exactly as it is in the US, though. Here, it’s different in the same way that lasagna is different. Like everything in Italy it’s a little bit lopsided, a little bit thrown together, a lot relaxed and imperfect.
And COVERED in thick, thick cream.
All that said, it was pretty damn good, as far as I could tell.
